For over 18 years, SPD managed and operated Urban Primary Health Centers (UPHCs) in the urban slums of Haridwar and Dehradun.
In partnership with the Uttarakhand Health Department, SPD also operated Mobile Health Vans to reach underserved and unreached communities across five districts of Uttarakhand.
